TraceWrap wasn’t born in a lab or a boardroom, it was born out of a problem too many businesses quietly accept as “the cost of doing business.”

As founders, this problem was personal. While building and running a successful wholesale candle warehouse, we regularly shipped full pallets to retailers and partners across the country. And too often, those pallets would go missing in transit. Tracking updates stalled. Accountability disappeared. Money was lost, not because the product wasn’t in demand, but because visibility stopped once it left the dock.

We were forced to rely on outdated tracking tools that told us where a shipment used to be, not where it was when it mattered most. Losses were written off, insurance claims were filed, and the same expensive cycle repeated... again and again.

We knew there had to be a better way.

So out of pure frustration that our founder and her peers were experiencing, she asked two simple, but uncomfortable questions: 

What if I could prove exactly where my shipment is? What if I could retrieve it?

Traditional trackers weren’t designed for modern logistics. They’re bulky, obvious, expensive, and built to be recovered, great for assets, not for goods moving fast through complex supply chains. What businesses needed was something invisible, scalable, and smart enough to work quietly in the background.

That insight became TraceWrap. We built TraceWrap as a tracking label (thin, discreet, and embedded directly into packaging), so protection starts the moment a shipment leaves the dock. No retrieval. No special handling. No disruption to existing workflows. Just real-time visibility when risk is highest: in transit.

Today, TraceWrap helps companies move from reacting to loss to preventing it altogether. From cargo theft and fraud to misplaced shipments and operational blind spots, we give businesses clarity where there used to be uncertainty.
